You may delete your e-mail, name and verified status by writing to [email protected]. Note that in order to comply with anti-fraud requirements, accounts must wait a minimum of 30 days after completing a verification in order to delete their account.

3. Business Agreement

This Business Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which businesses ("you" or "Business") engage Plasho ("we", "us", or "our") to provide identity verification services ("Services"). By registering for and using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with any other terms and conditions that apply to your use of our platform.

Service Description
Plasho provides identity verification services that assist businesses in verifying the identities of individuals ("Users"). These services are intended for various applications, including but not limited to, granting discounts, promotions, and enabling custom implementations as defined by your business needs.

No Legal Assurance
Our Services are designed to perform identity verification based on the information provided by Users. It is important to understand that while we strive to provide accurate verifications, our Services do not constitute legal assurance that a verified User is indeed who they claim to be. Plasho conducts verification based on due diligence and provides results based on available data. You acknowledge that the verifications are not foolproof and should not be solely relied upon for any decision that requires irrefutable identity confirmation.

Business Responsibilities
As a Business using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your verification requirements and to maintain and update that information as necessary.

• Use the verification results responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to privacy laws and regulations concerning the use of personal information.

• Determine the suitability of the verification results for your purposes and to conduct any additional due diligence or verification as deemed necessary by your internal policies or industry standards.
  
  

Verification Limitations
You acknowledge that Plasho’s verifications may not identify all potential issues or risks associated with a User’s identity. Plasho is not responsible for any false, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by Users that may affect the verification results.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plasho and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services;

• Any fraud or manipulation by a User or third party;

• Your violation of this Agreement;

• Your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other rights of anyone.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Plasho provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our Services. You expressly agree that your use of our Services is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability
Plasho will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Furthermore, Plasho disclaims all liability for any misuse or misrepresentation by Users of their verified status.

Fraud and Abuse Investigative Cooperation Policy
It is reiterated that any fraudulent or abusive activity by a User is the responsibility of the User. Plasho disclaims all liability for such activities and will cooperate with law enforcement or other legal proceedings if fraud is alleged.

Termination and Suspension
Plasho reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach this Agreement, if you misuse the Services, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.

Changes to Agreement
Plasho reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Plasho regarding your use of the Services and supersedes any prior agreements between you and Plasho regarding your use of the Services. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Business Agreement. This agreement is critical to maintaining a trustworthy and secure environment for all parties involved in the verification process.

4. Copyrights

The content displayed on the Plasho website, including images of businesses and their logos, are the property of their respective owners. These items are used on our site for identification and informational purposes only. Businesses retain all rights to their intellectual property as displayed on our platform.

5. Cookies

Plasho uses cookies solely for the purpose of maintaining a logged-in status on our website. These cookies are not used for tracking users or for marketing purposes. By using our site, you consent to the use of these cookies for the purpose stated.
